Your role as a Social Media / Customer Support Specialist is to ensure that the business is meeting the customer’s requirement on a day to day basis by delivering a professional customer satisfaction experience.
A Typical Day Includes
Engaging or Managing effectively and efficiently Social Media messages and live chat
Answering inquiries from phone calls and website forms.
Delivering an individualized customer service experience with professional courtesy, efficiency, and accuracy
Documenting all chat and email information based on standard operating procedures using CRM
Maintaining strong process, service and product knowledge
Understanding and helping to improve internal processes and resources.
Creating reports and deliverables
Performing a broad range of tasks of varying complexity and scope to meet the demands of business needs

You have experience working in a customer service role and a passion for delivering a great customer experience
You have excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask
You love problem solving and enjoy facing new challenges
You’ve got a genuine interest in software and technology and you’re able to communicate technical ideas verbally and in writing
What would really help?
An Associate degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Experience working as part of a Customer Service team
Amenable to work in shifting schedule
Good communication skills
